In accordance with the Access to Public Information Act that among others provides for transparency of use of national and EU budget funds, the beneficiaries receiving different kind of payments within the CAP measures and rural development measures are hereby disclosed.
The European Commission encourages the transparency of the aid allocation, and intends to invite member states to make public the recipients of the CAP funds as well as other EU aids.
PAYMENTS IN 2007
The lists include the recipients of funds who received payments in the calendar year 2007, nothwithstanding year of decree. A year of decree is the year when beneficiaries submitted claims for payment.
RECIPIENTS OF FUNDS WITHIN THE RURAL DEVELOPMENT STRUCTURAL MEASURES CO-FINANCED FROM EU STRUCTURAL FUNDS (EAGGF and FIFG)
In 2007 the implemenation of Single Programming Document was concluded. The lists include all recipients of funds within the Single Programming Document of the RS 2004-2006 (SPD) for measures: Improvement of processing and marketing of agricultural products, Investments in agricultural holdings, Diversification of agricultural activities and activities close to agriculture - alternative income sources, Investments in forests for improvement of economic and ecological value of forests, Marketing of quality agricultural and food products, Modernisation of existing vessels and small scale coastal fishing and Aquaculture, processing and marketing.
The measures are co-financed by EU (50 % from the EAGGF) and RS (50 % from the national budget). The measures in the field of fisheries and aquaculture are co-financed by EU (75 % from the FIFG) and RS (25 %) from the national budget).
The list includes all recipients of funds who received payments in 2004-2007. The payments for these measures will be concluded at the end of 2008.
