Natural persons:

• Permanent residence in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia;
• They must be registered in the Farm Register at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food when a natural disaster occurs;
• If the assessment of direct damage confirmed by the Commission for elimination of damage consequences in agriculture indicates that crop’s yield per hectare in the year of a natural disaster occurrence is reduced for more than 30% and for LFAs more than 20% in comparison to a usual yield per hectare.

Legal persons: 

• Residence in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and cultivation of farm land
• They must be registered in the Farm Register at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food when a natural disaster occurs.
