PURPOSE
The subject of the invitation to tender is land consolidation determined on the basis of the rules regulating agricultural land that depending on the purpose is: 1) the consequence of the construction of infrastructural facilities (railway lines, motorways, detention pond, etc), for the part that is beyond the obligations of the investor but it represent a reasonable complete unit of this area, or 2) is in the area with constructions of irrigation systems or other similar agricultural installations, or 3) is only being introduced in a certain area, or 4) is in the area where the legal procedures of changing ownership have been final, or 5) is in area with extremely unfavourable land property structure (more than 2 parcels per hectare).
BENEFICIARIES
Beneficiaries of this aid are municipalities where land consolidation will be carried out, however, final users of the amount of state aid are land owners. The share of allocation equals to 100% of eligible costs until the funds have been used.
Funds are allocated on the basis of an application and fulfilment of the conditions stated in the invitation to tender.
HOW TO OBTAIN FUNDS
The applicant has to submit a tender on the basis of the invitation to tender and in compliance with the tender documentation. The opening of a procedure to tender is announced in the Official Journal of the RS and on the website of the AAMRD. The applicant must lodge the application using a form that is a constituent part of the tender documentation with all necessary supplements and documents listed in the documentation.
Applications must be sent by registered mail to the address: Agency of RS for Agricultural Markets and Rural Development until the date fixed in the invitation to tender. Written applications need to be submitted in sealed envelopes and be marked in compliance with the invitation to tender. |
