The implementation of import tariff quotas is as follows:

• If the application form is adequate, the AAMRD continues with the procedure of licence issuing;
• The Agency notifies the European Commission on quantities in application forms of beneficiaries according to individual market organisations;
• European Commission has the possibility to approve the application form or reject it entirely or with a reduced percentage item;
• European Commission decides pursuant to the data gathered on the amount of the reduction factor;
• Agency notifies a beneficiary in writing on the determined reduction factor by the European Commission;
• On the basis of the notification on the amount of the reduction factor the applicant decides whether to withdraw the application form and demands the application to be withdrawn or continues the procedure for the issue of licence;
• If the applicant withdraws the application, the security lodged is immediately released or in case of reducing of the application form for a percentage item where only a part of the security lodged is due, a part of the security lodged is immediately released;
• If the applicant does not withdraw the contract, the Agency issues the licence.
