TASKS OF THE DEPARTMENT

• recording of financial resources and commitments towards source of AAMRD’s finance in accordance with national and EU legislation.

The primary basic task of the department was analytical monitoring of the SAPARD programme and the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for the EU Commission. Its work later expanded to registering accounting procedures for all other programmes in the filed of direct payments, foreign trade, rural development and interventions.

The data on registering of commitments towards beneficiaries and executed payments on banks are coordinated weekly for reporting to the EU Commission. A special emphasis is placed on accounting registering of cash securities and their coordination with central register of securities and the Ministry of Finance – Public Accounting Section.
