In the first five years of its existence, the AAMRD established a team of more than 250 employees. The Agency is an expert institution with approx. 80 % of its staff having min. university degree, mostly in the field of economy and agronomy. More than half of employees are between 20 and 40 years old. 

The AAMRD places special emphasis on education and training, internal as well as external.
