In the past five years, the AAMRD received over 470.000 applications for various measures. All applications as well as other documentation have to be currently documented and distributed to the internal organisational units of the AAMRD. Equally important is an appropriate dispatch and/or serving of documents to applicants via mail. 


The proper handling and storage of documentation including all applicants' claims as well as other official documents are of key importance for ensuring transparency of the allocation of budget funds. The documentation is subject to a number of audits for the evaluation of the AAMRD operation while it also forms the evidence for potential subsequent establishment of entitlement to funds allocation to individual applicants.



  • Management of the archive;
  • Reception of clients in the reception office of the AAMRD (despatch centre);
  • Reception and recording of received consignments;
  • Dispatch of consignments;
  • Guardianship of the archive and arrangement of archive facilities.
